A heritage variety to the Paso Robles AVA, this heavy-hitting Zinfandel is ripe with jammy red and black fruit, as well as coffee-shop spices. Aged in oak, this wine is structured and balanced, with soft fine-grained tannins.
As our flagship wine, this Cabernet Sauvignon is dark and fruit-forward, balanced with structure, tannin and a long-lasting finish. Filled with currant, dark cherry, toasted oak, and pipe tobacco notes, this wine is the perfect accompaniment to grilled meats and pasta with hearty sauces.
